Terms and Conditions of Service
A1 USA Limousine Cancellations: Orders changed or cancelled less than one hour before pickup time will incur at 50% charge (plus greet charge if applicable). 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all charter and specialty vehicle reservations.
Guaranteed Payment: All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment/ Deposit 20 to 50 %of the total amount. A credit card number will be taken at the time that orders are placed. These orders will be billed if no advanced cancellation is received. (See Cancellations above.)
Private Vehicles: Listed rates are based on one to three passengers; additional passengers to/from the same address pay only $5 per person. Customers who travel with pets, excessive luggage/ international size luggage, skis, specific smoking / color requests, or additional stops will require private car service. 3 or more passengers also require private car service.
Children: Children must have a car seat provided by the passenger. A1 USA Limousine can provide Baby/Infant car seat for an extra charge of $10.00 per car seat- Note: Passengers are obligated to inspect and install baby car seat; A1 USA Limousine Service is not responsible for any incident may occur caused by Baby Car Seat or Infant Car Seat- Please follow Child safety seats installation instruction carefully!
Airport Greets: Available upon request in the baggage claim for $40 + Private Car Rate. E-mail or Fax us your corporate logo or client name/s.
Long Distance / Out of State Trips: extra charges may apply- Please call for a quotation
Group Transportation: A1 USA Limousine has several vans and busses for larger groups or special events. Please call us today to learn more about our corporate account discounts

Lost and Found: A1 USA Limousine is not responsible for lost or stolen articles /Items. However, every attempt is made to return lost items. Please check your belongings and the seat around you once the Limousine has come to a final destination or complete stop.
Limousine Waiting Time: There is a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, there is a charge of $1 for every 1 minute. Additional charges apply for 100-inch, 120-inch stretch limousines SUV’s and Party buses.
Shared Rides: Listed rates are based on a single traveler; additional passengers up to 3 to/from the same address pay only $7 per person. Vehicles will depart 5 minutes after scheduled pick up time, or will be subject to private car rates. Please allow an additional 20-30 minutes of travel time. Luggage limitations are two pieces of luggage and one carry-on per person. Not always available: share ride capabilities can vary
A1 USA Limousine is not responsible for traffic jams, construction, bad weather or anything else that could delay your travel, Please plan accordingly.
